The Tall Pines Quilt Guild is happy to present the “Airing of the Quilts”. This event is a Biennial, odd years, outdoor quilt show held on the first Saturday in May from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We invite you to be a Vendor at this great event!
Booth: All booths are 10’ X 10’ located outside. Each booth is $75.00 for the entire day ($60 if paid by March 1) No tables, chairs, equipment or electricity will be provided. A 10’ X 10” canopy is recommended for your booth.
Location: Vendors will be located at the East corner of 12th and University Ave. Booths are assigned in the order the applications are received. If you have a special request, such as specific location or next to another vendor please, return your application immediately with your request.
Set Up Time: Set up time begins at 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning. All booths must be set up by 9:00 a.m. and taken down by 5:00 p.m.
Payment: Please return the full payment along with the application A.S.A.P. Make all funds payable to Tall Pines Quilt Guild. Payment and application should be sent to the following address:

We look forward to having you join us at the QUILT SHOW. We have invited a limited number of vendors who sell items that quilters are likely to buy. We appreciate your participation in this event.
