Vendor InformationThe Tall Pines Quilt Guild is happy to present the biannual “Airing of the Quilts” outdoor quilt show May 4, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We invite you to be a Vendor at this event.
BOOTH: All booths are 10’ X 10’ outside.
Each booth is $75.00 for the entire day
No tables, chairs, equipment or electricity will be provided.
A 10’ X 10” canopy is recommended for your booth.
Location: Vendors will be located at the East corner of 12th and University Ave.
Booths are assigned in the order the applications are received.
If you have a special request, such as requesting to be placed in a specific location or next to another vendor, please return your application immediately with your request.
Set Up Time: Set up time begins at 7:00 a.m., Saturday May 4, 2013.
All booths must be set up by 9:00 a.m. and taken down by 5:00 p.m.
Payment: Please return the full payment with the enclosed application A.S.A.P.
Make all funds payable to Tall Pines Quilt Guild. Send payment and application to Tall Pines Quilt Guild at the address below.
We are looking forward to having you join us at the QUILT SHOW. We have invited a limited number of vendors who sell items that quilters are likely to buy. We appreciate your participation in this event.
The Guild will not be selling quilts this year. Vendors will be allowed to sell quilts in their booths.
After the enclosed application is received, we will send you information about the location of your booth and directions to downtown Huntsville.
