Charity Bee Year End Report During 2006 the following items were made and donated by the Charity Bee and members of the Tall Pines Quilt Guild to various charities:    Huntsville Health Care, Ella Smither's and Green Acres Nursing Homes: 4 bibs, 3 busy bags, 51 caddies, 2 calendars, 2 lap covers, 8 fleece blankets, 9 pillows, 9 pillow cases, 19 crocheted purses, 18 fleece shrugs, 5 pair of socks, 44 wall quilts, yarn, used clothing, and miscellaneous toiletries, SAFFE House: 36 hugs, 9 bed spreads (twin size-$156.81), a framed picture, a used bed spread, 4 wall quilts, 2 pillows and a cash donation of $200. Child Protective Services: 37 hugs, 1 large quilt and 2 hugs for raffle. Pregnancy Care Center: 31 hugs, a crocheted hat and shawl, a stuffed bear, 2 receiving blankets, 2 crocheted afghans, w crocheted bootie and cap sets, w used blankets and 2 receiving blankets. Hospitality House: 6 twin size quilts, 6 hugs Service family in Germany (Mom in Iraq): 2 hugs Community Child Care Center: $200 Head Start (Adopt Families): $200 COME Center: $200 We also donated  food  to the Good Shepard Food Pantry.   The Tall Pines Quilt Guild supports the following Charities:      Huntsville Child Protective Service      Trinity Child Protective Service      Good Shepard Food Pantry      Hospitality House      Avalon Place Nursing Home in Trinity      Ella Smithers Nursing Home        Green Acres Nursing Home     Huntsville Health Care      Huntsville Police Dept       Pregnancy Care Center      SAAFE House      Boys & Girls Club      Community Child Care Center Thank you to all members of the Guild who have made it possible to accomplish all of this.
